iCal / vCard to JSON

Convert an iCalendar (.ics) or vCard (.vcf) file to JSON using the standard jCal / jCard array shape — for reading exactly what a calendar invite or a contact card actually contains. The input should be normal BEGIN:VCALENDAR or BEGIN:VCARD text.
